Power of Prayer 

I recently got a few updates on moms that have chosen life. One letting me know she`d had her baby a few weeks ago. Another was from the grandmother of the baby. I will remember the one with the grandmother forever because that story is one you hope for. Actually they all are ones you hope for. Iwould lovew it if every mom I spoke with would choose life. This particualr one was unique because it was a multi genertion save. It was a situation where a mother thought she was doing the best that she could by doing what her daughter requested and by not asking questions. Unfortunately and fornately for this mother/grandmother to be , I was there. When I saw the two women walking across the parking lot and then the older one walking out of Planne Parenthood I boldly asked what was going on. The mother said she wasnt sure. Considering I am the mother of four girls I knew that was only partially true because we moms have an intuintion where our girls are concerened so I took my question a step further and said "is she getting an abourtion". The mother answered that she thought she might be and I said let`s face it we both know she is so what are you doing outside. She said she didnt know what elese to do or what else to say. I said "oh yes you do, you are the mom, get back in there and go get your daughter and save your grandchild and if you dont know what words to use, ask God on the way in and you will have them. 

She went in. We waited. We waited for quite awhile and then the mother came out. She said she she`d spoken with the daughter but the daughter wasnt sure how to leave. I told her to tell her to just get up and leave. The daughter did just that and came out with the IV "start" still in her arm. We all rejoiced and then sent her on her way to Obria to have the IV removed so that she could begin her new journy unencombered. She went to have her baby and to battle a difficult marriage that she eventually left. Regardles of this, the granmother tells me the child is thriving and that he is smart and funny and I saw the pictures so I can add that he is also cute. Fortunately the mother has the support of her mother. Also fortunately neither will die with regret. They both particiapting in the future of hope for this little miricle boy.
